Our steps for Furniture Solutions for private residential villa’s and apartments are normally divided into three phases.

PHASE I – Visit to the Residence

We will meet with the client in their property and we discuss requirements such style, budget, completion time etc. We also normally take photo’s which will help us later when doing the design discussions.

PHASE II – Meeting in our showroom

During this meeting we will go into greater details.

We will present you with the options available for our furniture pieces for each room.
If time is off the essence we normally make a selection from our large range of stock items. However for  works that are not urgent we can also choose from our catalogs which make the choice even larger.
It is important to note that we are flexible in terms of styles, colors etc, so that we can achieve a unique end result. Also for curtains we have a range of cottons, silks, suede and leathers.

Topics that we discuss are; what is the purpose of the house, is it for own use, for rental or a combination of both? Did the white goods or electronics come with the apartment or do we need to source them, what style of curtains do you like?
If the apartment is for own use we can go for any colors desired while a rental property should be furnished in such a way that it appeals to the maximum number of people thereby increasing the occupancy and rental income.
For short term letting we suggest for example to use 90 x 200 mattresses that can be zipped together, this way you can rent to a couple as well as two friends.

In addition to the above there are many other aspects as how to furnish a residence which will be discussed during this meeting. Normally 1 full day will be sufficient.

For people that are overseas and are not able to come over we can make different arrangements such as sending mood-boards, furniture images etc.

PHASE III – Roll out phase

Once all the details are finalized and we have received the go ahead, we start the Roll-out phase.
All the items we be consolidated in our warehouse and checked before they are delivered to the residence. During this time the wallpapers and painting will be done.

Once the items arrive in the residence, another team takes over and does all the assembly and placing of the goods.

A rough time to finish a property would be from 3-4 weeks depending on the size and number of rooms of course.
