In our bespoke interior design division there are a few different ways that we get involved with our customers:
1) Homes that are still to be built where we work alongside the Architects
2) Homes that are handed over to the customer as core and shell
3) Homes where the floors, walls and ceilings have already been installed
The first step generally is a meeting with the client for a brief where we establish the clients needs, that we are comfortable with the work and most important that the client is comfortable with us taking the work on.
The bespoke interior design projects are normally completed in 4 steps however this can vary depending on the requirements.
The 4 steps are: Concept stage, moodboards per room stage, spec book and execution.
In our bespoke interior design division we have worked with a variety of supplier such as Armani, Fendi, Baker, Poliform, Meridiani etc.
We do charge a fee for this service and this can be either a fixed fee or a percentage of the budget that a client has in mind.
Once the designs have been confirmed and we carry out the actual project then half of the design fee gets refunded.
Payments are made in stages during the design process this way a client only pays each step that will be at hand, making it easy to stop in case the client is not 100% satisfied with what we are doing.
