For over seven years, we have been called on for a diverse range of prominent fit-out projects, creating exciting environments for local and multinational clients in the Middle East.

We operate in three distinct fields – interior design, turnkey furniture packages and retail. Our specialization is in the creation of residential design solutions. We offer consultancy and design services such as space planning, concept design and detailed design while working closely together with the world leading manufacturers and suppliers of products and materials. However, our ultimate responsibility is you, our client.

We ensure that every client brief, regardless of its complexity, is interpreted into flexible, durable and cost-effective design solutions, by our dedicated team of professionals. Thus, we deliver each project within the specified time frame and budget.

Bespoke Interior design

Our interior design services are predominantly focused on high-end residential projects where we deal with bespoke design projects that are made to the requirements of the client. The client is presented with concept designs, detailed designs, elevations, sections and 3D rendering. While our clients are predominantly based in the UAE (such as at the Le Reve Tower, Palm Island, Emirates Hills as well as Abu Dhabi’s Marina villas), we have a select portfolio of clients from the GCC countries and worldwide – Jordan, Sofia Bulgaria, Nairobi and Mumbai to name a few.

Turnkey furniture packages

We have a unique offering for investors and owners who buy studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartments. While most of them are based abroad and are interested in offering short term rentals of these apartments, they are either pressed for time to do the shopping for decorating the apartment, or they lack the local knowledge of the same. This is where we step in, taking the hassle away from decorating the apartment. We select the correct furniture pieces from our collection as well as purchase white goods, electronics, linen and soft furniture if required.

Retail

With an ideal location to our showroom, our clients can stop by to buy furniture pieces on a retail basis. We have a wide range of furniture pieces for the living room, dining room and bedroom. We have our own delivery and logistics processes and furniture deliveries are done within a week.

Showroom

Our showrooms are ideally located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. They are within easy reach of the new developments in Dubai such as the Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina and the Lakes. The newly developed Barsha metro station is within 100 meters walk from our main showroom which is located in the Essa Lutfi Building on Sheikh Zayed road.

Warehouse

The 800 square metered Zen Interiors warehouse is located in the industrial area of Al Quoz, a mere fifteen minute drive from the main showroom.

While the primary use of the warehouse is for furniture storage and repair facilities, it serves as a consolidation point of all items purchased by our client before they are shipped off to the client who is based overseas. We have used this warehouse for many of our interior design projects that were based in Nairobi, Bulgaria, Jordan and India.

Personnel

We take pride in having a team of twenty people from various multicultural backgrounds such as Dutch, Danish, British, Colombian, Philippino and Indonesian.  They are experts with extensive international experience and local market knowledge in their specific fields such as interior architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, operations management, accountancy, sales management and tailoring.
